Convinced insurance that repair was impractical due to type and extent of damage on roof. Ignacio was always professional and did what he said when he said it would be done. His crew was also very professional, courteous, and diligent in their work. I now have a brand new roof and my yard is probably cleaner than it has been in a long time due to their excellent after job cleanup. We had a minor incident with the AC compressor, but they called out a tech and they covered the repair without question."

The owner promptly returned my call. He knowledgeable explained options for roofing and drew up an aerial of my metal roof on my 1890 home. He knowledgeably understood what the architectural review board would allow and guided my choices, gave me advice on short term and long term costs. I went away and did research with other contractors and found his reputation solid and his info spot on. I hired him. He cave me a reasonable date explained the weather related issue. The crew was friendly helpful, neat and self initiating. They came in worked long and did an excellent job. Chance stopped by numerous times during the week to check in and explain things to me. This guy takes pride in his work. He gets right back to you. You don't pay until you are satisfied with the job. I got exactly what I wanted and it was hassle free. Thank you LowCountry !"
