"We expected to have the advertisement honored, especially the part that stated that labor and materials were included. We received a contract about 3.5 months after we signed up for the deal for $43K, not including any materials, except cabinets. We were responsible for paying for and supplying tile, counter tops, light fixtures, back splash, door knobs and pulls. We also asked about any warranty and we were basically told these were worthless regardless of what anyone promised.

Trey is definitely honest so we appreciated that. But just have to remember if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is! I think there was a lack of communication between the service provider and Angie's list. Just recommend before signing up, confirm all details with the service provider. And be prepared to pay extra for ANY upgrades or add-ons."

"My husband and I purchased a home with a substantial amount of limestone tile flooring, and upon moving in realized that there was a cat urine smell coming from the floors. Roth came out immediately to give us an estimate, then within days had a crew at the house. The process took several days, and because they had to work around other contractors they finished it on a weekend day when they would not normally have been working. The results are better than we could have hoped. Immaculate floors, no smell, and the floors look beautiful! The crew was diligent and polite, cleaned up their equipment each day, and again, were good enough to come back on a weekend day to get it done. Galen Roth also gave us helpful advice concerning a marble shower problem, and even did the regrouting of the shower himself so that we might use it. He is a true professional, very knowledgable, and took our problems with the house to heart and made sure that they were addressed quickly and with great results. We expect to call on this company again soon for marble polishing and any other stone or tile needs that may come up.

"After being ignored by some companies we called and given a $15,000 estimate over the phone by another (without ever coming to see the area needing work) David came when he said he would, gave us an estimate and told us when he could start work.

This is a very small room (5' x 5' 6") and a tight squeeze. Part of the floor had fallen in, the toilet was unusable and the room was unsafe. (Did I mention it is our ONLY bathroom?)

David and his crew took out the old fixtures, took walls down to the studs, took up what was left of the floor. There were beams that needed replacing and some wiring that sparked a remark of "you're lucky you haven't had a fire". This was also fixed. 

We went from a tub/shower to strictly a shower, new toilet with water saving features and sink. The floor was tiled in a nice textured black porcelain and the walls tiled halfway in white porcelain. Not an easy job in an older house with no 'true' walls. The crew came in every day and worked until my husband had to go to work. They cleaned up after themselves and made this, if not an enjoyable, at least a tolerable situation.
