Finally got around to it in 2015 and decided to give Zen Windows Louisville the business. I can't tell you enough how happy we were to have Dan and his crew do our windows. My wife and I have dealt with companies and contractors in the past and have been burned bad. We really liked not having to pay until after our windows were installed. In fact, at first my wife really didn't believe this and was just waiting for some surprise. Fortunately that never happened and Dan, the owner, was with us every step of the way. Whenever we had a question he answered promptly and we never felt any pressure through the whole process. The windows are beautiful and were also the lowest price. We got bids from a couple of other windows companies in the area which quoted lower prices but as we dug more and more we found out that there were going to be additional charges for hauling away the old windows and cleaning up. Dan's price included everything. 5 stars to Dan. Just a great experience. I updated this because I totally forgot to mention the patio door that they installed as well. Quality and service was just the same on the patio door as the windows."
