"Jemuel and his team built us beautiful custom built-ins for a competitive price. He designed the project exactly to our specifications (fitting it perfectly in our kooky old house!) and revised the design thoughtfully based on our feedback. During install, he and his team were friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. The whole time, they made sure the project matched our needs and vision. We now have beautiful built-in shelving and a mount for our TV, making our living room beautiful. I can't recommend them enough for projects in your home or business!"

"So happy we selected Infusion Furniture for our custom corner TV electronics console. Quentin is a master craftsman and very professional. He arrived at our beautiful home for a site survey, offered a quote on the spot and we had time to review the SOW ( scope) and agreed on approval of drawings before he started. Love the finished product. Final advice... Use Infusion."

"We had a great experience with Windwood and would hire them again for another job. Their carpenters are professional, easy to work with, and skilled. We had them do finish work in our new living area as well as customize cabinetry to fit our needs. They are detail oriented and accommodating. We are pleased with how everything came out and would absolutely give them a call for future projects."

Customers say: Quick response

"Steve is a fantastic craftsman of fine built in cabinets. We worked with Steve to design and construct 4 spaces in the home - a new mudroom, a new basement kitchen in a newly built entertainment space, a new basement mudroom and bathroom. We chose a different look in each space - stained walnut, lacquered wood with gold inlay, and painted wood - he did a phenomenal job throughout the home. Steve is patient and kind, and a good listener to understand what the client wants. He worked relentlessly to make sure the color matched my expectations on wood he stained. His hardware and hardware installation is impressive - all of my cabinets are functioning beautifully 2 years later with zero misalignment occurring. He is creative - added a hidden cubby in my mudroom wall paneling! I am so thrilled with his craftsmanship and hope to use him again if i can get around to redoing the last 4 rooms wit plumbing they haven’t been done since the house was built."

"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

"I have a family member who is disabled, and spends most of her time in a particular upholstered chair. The seat cushion on that chair these days was not very supportive. Yesterday my relative was out at a doctor's appointment, so I called Landry Home Decorating and spoke with Mary. I explained the situation, and asked if they might have some time either Monday (yesterday) or Weds (when Eleanor would also be away from the house) to put a new insert in the cushion while I waited. Mary checked to see if they had the right materials and enough time to complete the job. Then she said if I wanted to, I could come in right away. So! I snatched the seat cushion off the comfy chair and hopped in the car. Mary arranged for someone to take the cushion and do the work while I waited. I browsed their extensive "library" of upholstery fabric sample books, and before I knew it, the cushion was ready! Really, it couldn't have taken much more than 15 minutes, 20 at the most. I had paid while the cushion was being worked on, so as soon as it was ready, I dashed out the door for home. Luck was with me, I was able to get in and get the cushion back in place before Eleanor made it upstairs and headed for her chair. It was a nice surprise for her. So, thank you to John Landry, and Mary, and the helper who put the new insert into the cushion. You were all friendly, helpful and efficient, and really made my day. I'm attaching a picture of Eleanor in her chair, after the cushion was put back in place. She's a happy camper! Thanks again for helping make this happen."

"We were pleased with Brenda and her services, for three reasons. First, she has excellent design sense. She proposes things that are a little provocative, but she does not force her tastes on you. She's very quick to respond to comments and concerns. Second, she delivered what we wanted in the way of a green project. Because of her very detailed construction spec, the job was "clean and green," with a minimum of dust and disruption in other parts of the house and a minimum of outgassing from construction materials. Third, she was essential during construction. Sometimes she'd play "good cop" when we played "bad cop," and vice versa, when contractors were looking to cut corners or depart from the spec. She visited frequently during construction, and stayed ahead of problems. It gave us real piece of mind to have Brenda sweat ALL of these details. There was only one area in which we were weren't happy. Whether it was because "green" designs are unconventional (by the standards of the bathroom-renovation industry), or because Brenda's spec was too unusual, it took many months for us to find even one contractor who would bid on our project. Traditional renovators had no experience with Brenda's proposed methods or materials, and thus they refused to bid. The one contractor whom Brenda suggested considered our project too small. All of this resulted in a substantial delay to the start of the project. It also meant that when we found (on our own) the only contractor who'd bid on the project, we had no leverage in negotiating a price. Thus, in addition to the project starting late, our $25K-$30K bathroom project ended up over $40K. While we don't blame Brenda for the fact that green construction is new and more expensive, we think Brenda should have warned us more about the timing and cost consequences of going "green," particularly on smaller home-renovation projects. We still might have proceeded as we did, but at least we would have been prepared for the final price."

"We met with Ray a number of time to go over exact cabinet details as well as finishes.  We elected a high-gloss white that is simply beautiful.  What we did ahead of time is decide exactly how many pull out draws we wanted and there exact heights so things like cans, bottles, etc. would fit in cabinets in the location we wanted.
The install went perfect and they had to move in some large pieces through the rear sliding door.  Nothing got dinged (nothing!)  The cabinets fit like a glove.  They leveled every piece exactly.  They scribed each piece to fit exact.  The fridge fits with about 1/8" clearance which is the tolerance we needed for the manufacture's trim kit.  The stove fit just as well.  We opted for the soft close drawers glides which are just great.  I just give them a push and the close feather soft..
Look around but definitely get a quote from Ray.  I think you will be very pleasantly surprised  with his prices.  His design skills are a great asset and as he knows exactly what he is building and there are no surprises.  It is not often you can get a soups to nuts solution where there is never any finger pointing.but here is the rare case.."
