I called many roofers to get an estimate for a repair rather than a full roof replacement--since I could not afford the cost of an entire roof replacement at that time. All other contractors/roofers only wanted the larger job of a full roof replacement--which I could not do at that time. Although a complete roof replacement would have been ideal, Hugo understood my situation and agreed to do just the flat roof repair, which included replacing the rubber roof. He came to my home that same day and gave me a reasonable estimate. Even though he was in the middle of a large, complete home renovation project, he scheduled my repair two days later in the morning and finished the job by noon. Hugo is a fair and honest professional contractor. His expertise extends to all areas of home construction. Attention to detail and customer complete satisfaction are priorities.
