Saw Re-Bath at the Fall Maryland Home & Garden show and requested a free at home consultation.  John Vesperman, who is an owner, came to my home and advised me what they could do for me to fix my problem with my hall bath.  I also had him look at my master bath and asked if he could re caulk my tub and walls and install a couple of grab bars plus a new tub spout.  He did not pressure me to sign a contract at the time of consultation.  He advised me to visit their showroom to see the tub and wall systems in full size to be sure I was getting the color and style wall system and tub I wanted.  Only after I was sure I was getting what I wanted did he write the contract.  He even gave me a $500 discount for seeing them at the Home Show.  After John received the materials he worked with my schedule to do the job, so I did not have to miss any time at my job.  John and his father Bill, who is also an owner, came on time and started by laying protective runners in the path to my bathroom not to dirty my carpets and hardwood floor in the entry way.  They kept any dust and debris contained not to mess up my home during the demolition of the old tub and tile walls. 

Everything went as John said it would. NO SUPRISES.  I'm VERY happy with my new hall bath and spruced up master bath.  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting bathroom remodeling done. Thanks John & Bill for a great job.

"As the job was unfolding, it was discovered the main water line crossed over the sewer line. Thus, the water line had to come out so the sewer could be accessed. The water line was about 4 ft in the ground and the sewer line was about 4 plus feet under it. The price includes replacing both lines. $5,500 for the sewer and $1,400 for the water. The camera video was included in the sewer line price."

We purchased the Handyman for the Day and I gave him my list of things to do and he got right to it and did an excellent job. "Jorge Lazo and his crew came in and painted 5 bedrooms, our master bathroom plus a large closet, ALL IN ONE DAY. They were punctual, in fact they were a little early, which is always very nice.  They were professional and very tidy. Jorge and his team did a great job in our home and I will definitely use them again when we paint the outside of our house. If you are looking for a painter who is reasonably priced, professional, punctual and very good at what he does, then I highly recommend Jorge Lazo.

The entire team at Floodbusters is courteous, professional, and responsive. We had many concerns and apprehensions about this project because it had to be done in a finished basement area. Mark, who first surveyed the situation, carefully inspected the area and was able to determine the exact location and extent of the drainage and pump system required to limit any unnecessary demolition. He also took the time to answer our many questions and provided material specs and video so that I knew exactly what this project entailed.
