From quote of project to time line. I cannot say enough about the expertise of the workers which matched their work ethic. Always making sure every detail was on point and approved by me. A full Bathroom update plus laying over 300 square feet of tile with full demo of both areas. To come under 3 weeks speaks to the diligence of their work. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"Rui is a conscientious, hard-working, absolutely meticulous house painter. A few years earlier we had Rui paint our deck and we were so impressed that we asked him to come back. He power washed our home, deck and shed. After a few days to allow for drying he came back painted and then did the trim. This time we changed from burgundy to a dark grey. what a transformation!!! I wish all home improvement businesses had his work ethic. We are already planning on asking him to come and paint a few interior spaces in the future. We really appreciate the wonderful work he does."
