"We recently had some trouble with out 13 year old HVAC system. I decided to entertain a few quotes to see if we should replace it. A few companies provided estimates but there were none better than Absolute Comfort. We were provided 3 quotes by Absolute, each for a different configuration. Alex the company sales person and HVAC engineer, spent a good deal of time going through each option including the features of each. He patiently answered all of my questions and was obviously very knowledgeable. It turns out that he quoted a price for the top of the line that was the same price as some of the quotes I received from other companies for substantially inferior configurations. He made the decision easy. On the day of the installation, two professionals arrived and I worried that there was no way they could remove the existing unit and install the new one. They had to drop the attic stairs to get the old out. No way I thought. I was wrong! Robert and Darnell did all of the work and had the house cooling again in 6 hours (Alex came to help with the stairs). Amazing work and they even took a short lunch! They replaced the attic stairs but unfortunately damaged some molding around the portal. If that was the worst of it, then I was satisfied. They were not done though. They took pictures of the area and sent them to the office. Absolute then sent out a trim man to repair the slight damage and followed up to insure that I was satisfied. This experience reminded me of the "old days" when there were highly capable, professional and honest tradesmen. These guys all knew their craft and I feel extremely lucky that I made the decision to go with Absolute. Thanks Alex, Robert, Darnell, and you too Rick!"

"I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."

"The service was superior from the initial contact where I requested a quote to the installation. I spoke with Samantha to arrange for someone to come out to provide me with a quote and she promptly scheduled an appointment around my schedule. Mike came out and provided me with several options for a heat pump and promptly sent me an email with the heat pump options and prices. I had contacted 4 other HVAC companies in my area that also provided me with estimates. Accu-Rite Services was the only company that followed up to see if I had any questions and to see if I was still in the process of replacing my heat pump. Accu-Rite Services took care of registering my heat pump, scheduled county inspection and also checked for any rebates that were available for me. I absolutely love my new heat pump.
