"Absolutely terrible experience with Clearwater Pool Service in Indian Land, SC. I hired them to vacuum the pool, clean the filters, scrub the pool floor, and balance the chemicals ect. The tech showed up, barely stayed 30 minutes, did a rushed job, and still charged me for a full hour. They never provided an invoice--just said it would be emailed, which I never received it. On top of that, I was overcharged for the chemicals (I compared the prices online--massive markup), and nothing was explained properly. the tech was told about the malfunction pump he said it should be fine in a day, it's still same Tried calling multiple times--no return calls. When I finally got someone named Magen on the phone, she hung up on me mid-conversation, saying they were "only there to teach us how to set up the pool settings." Not what we paid for. Complete waste of time and money. I would never recommend this company to anyone. A good business depended on providing service should accept responsibility and come back to finish the job that was left undone. In this day and age, why would I pay someone $125 for full hour to teach me to push some buttons that I can easily find online. I'm OUT $230 and messy pool with messy pool with debris.
