"Overall very pleased. Roger was the first to respond to my request for service. He was also quickly able to schedule time to asses my hot tub repair. He was generous in sharing his knowledge and recommending actions and equipment for good maintenance. He sent another person, Preston to install the new part. Preston also went out of his way and repaired the door to the cabinet of the hot tub. "
