I was glad that he was able to fit me into his schedule on such short notice. He thoroughly explained how he would pressurize each plumbing line during his testing process. After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. But he stated with professional confidence that he did not think that would be necessary. The price was reasonable for the detailed work he performed. I highly recommend Florida Leak Detectors."

"They gave a good quote and said they were able to do the work in a timely manner. Project started fine and we’re done with main part in two days. However, they didn’t set up the automation system correctly and there was a leak. They fixed the leak. After a third time of saying the automation didn’t work I finally fixed the automation system. They did send an electrician out to install the lights on the automation. Still have to come back to fix the spa which wasn’t on the original work but still isn’t working correctly. Overall good but not great and somewhat slow but reliable. They were much better than first company I hired who never showed up in two months."

"We contacted Aurora Air to check out the A/C unit at our rental property. We have also used them at our home before and they have always provided excellent and honest service. Upon checking the unit out, it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced. Jose Garcia provided us with a quote for a new unit, and as always the techs were very professional and they did a great job. Upon installing the unit, it was discovered that freon was still leaking from the lines. Turns out the lines needed to be replaced. We contacted a different company to perform the copper lines replacement. While in process of getting everything arranged, Alex and techs kept going to the unit every other day to replace the freon so that our tenants wouldn't be without A/C during the hot summer months. Jose also arranged to provide a portable unit as a courtesy to the tenants as well. Jose also kept in touch with us and with the tenants constantly, and was very patient and professional during the entire process. We definitely recommend Aurora Air Inc."
