"I recently had my hot tub serviced, and I’m very happy with the experience. The technician was professional arrived on time and did a thorough job refilling the tub and balancing the chemicals. Everything was explained clearly and the water looks and feels great. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that the process took a little longer than expected, but overall the quality of service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use their services again."

"The problem we were having was not completely solved, but the help we received today went a long way towards solving the problem for us. After this visit, we had the installation electrician who had done our porch lights during our renovation back to check up on the porch lights also. He discovered a nick in a wire that had been causing intermittent failure at the affected switch. So we had that additional issue that was easy to fix once we discovered it. 
But we needed the diagnosis help offered by Joseph Rocheleau. Good job!

"We have some damage to our pool caused by nearby road repair blasting.  We contacted Mr. Ranieri yesterday, he promptly called back and talked through the problems, and set up a time to come look at the pool today.  He arrived promptly, examined all of the problem areas and graciously suggested how we might remedy the problems on our own, at least until we worked through the issues with our insurance company, so that we would able to have our pool opened and usable for the summer.  We very much appreciated Mr. Ranieri's responsiveness, candor, kindness, and punctuality, but most of all we appreciate his interest in helping us even though it meant we would not need to hire him at this time.  We hope he knows that if we have structural pool or spa problems in the future, that he will be the first call we make.

"Ryan and Juan from Sylvester Electric came over to replace kitchen lighting. I wasn’t sure if the light fixture would fit and they were both so nice and helpful with my questions and concerns. They gave me pricing up front and they were very respectful about cleaning up after and making sure I was happy with the job once they completed the work. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on scheduling them for other electrical work in our home."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
