"I had a leak in the hot tub.  He repaired the leak and replaced the broken pump.  Later, when I tried to heat the hot tub, I found out the heat wasn't working right.  He came back and took the control board for repairs.  When I tried to use the hot tub, I found out it was overheating.  The people who had repaired the board had done it incorrectly.  He fixed the control board and the hot tub started working correctly.  Joe was very professional and friendly through the whole process.  He was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on correct hot tub maintenance.  I would definitely use him again."

"Everyone is great when you're looking to buy.  The installers did a good job installing the equipment in the summer heat.  My frustration is that the playset arrived without three accessory pieces, which weren't cheap.  I first asked the installers, and they said they could bring the missing pieces out the next day.  I called later in the week and was told the pieces would be coming.  I called again today and was told I  could call back Monday and someone might be able to help me.  After spending what I did, I get told I get the privilege of calling back a fourth time to inquire where the missing pieces are?  Get real.  The store can call me.  I still don't know where these pieces are, I don't know when they'll be in.  The company hasn't offered a credit or my money returned in the meantime.  The product is nice, but for spending a fortune, a tiny, tiny bit of customer service would be appreciated.  (Who in the service industry says, after you say you've already called in three times, to call back tomorrow?)  You can buy this product at a competitor across town, right?"

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"The only reason we have them is because of the air conditioner and we know at some point it is going to go. Hopefully we will get it covered under that. I am not crazy with the type of people they send out, and the fact that you can?t use anything else until you?ve had them look at it, if you want it to be under their insurance. 

With that being said, we usually try to call them first and if it turns out it is either going to be a super long wait time and we can?t wait, or like the first insurance issue with the hot water leak, they was called right away, the vendor in every single review on Yelp & Angie?s List were terrible. 

So, it?s like if that is the kind of people you are sending out! So anyway, as far as the air conditioner goes, if they don't cover it appropriately, then we will be dropping them, it wouldn?t be worth it.

The guy wasn?t bad, he was honest. He didn?t really give us a price on it, other than the visit call. It?s one way to cover large expenses, but just like any of these home warranty plans, they will do whatever they can to get out of it. "

Don't be concerned about the few reviews that have been written about this company, any additional handymen projects in the future that I have will be completed by Steve and one of his men.
