"The cederholm company provided me with a GREAT! estimate. My home was damaged in Helene and the hard coat stucco chimney had to be removed and replaced. Belinda and her husband were kind, nice, and worked quickly. She explained very clearly the timing and price of the project. Their Price was better and their interactions were much nicer. Other companies treated me like a number, but no the Cederholm company. She was always there to answer my questions, share pictures and answer any question. "The estimate for the work that was required was not good. I was under the impression more wood work/replacement was going to take place. They sealed and bonded some of the effected areas but replaced very little of the wood. So basically the house was pressure washed and I only asked for the front of the house trim to be painted. I honestly do no feel I received $1500 worth of work. My advice is to get a clear and concise estimate before work is started."
