"Great job with the work! Had some repairs done around the brick house / front stairs and all went terrific."

"Eric and his crew were great to work with and did a fantastic job. When we first met with Eric to discuss the project, we described what we wanted but didn't have a detailed plan. He was able to work with us along the way as the project took shape, making slight modifications where needed. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Also responsive - usually not more than a day or two went by without hearing something, and if so, he was quick to respond to a call, email, or text. The project experienced some delays (a week or two) but this was due to rainy weather and beyond their control. The work required installation of a lower retaining wall and filling the area behind it to bring to grade level with the driveway, installation of pavers for a walkway and patio, installation of a second wall using dry stacked stone, and installation of exterior porch steps with bluestone treads. They kept the work area organized, used the fill dirt left over from excavation creatively to build up some eroded areas, seeded and strawed impacted areas, and left everything in good shape. I recommend them highly."

"The team took care of my issues that I had with my stone archway. They were efficient and very friendly and explained what they were working on. He didn't try to upsell anything and was honest and fair about the work."

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"Amazing. They arrived when they said they would and did a better job than I expected. Hardest working crew I've seen. Will definitely have him come back to do more work. Price was reasonable as well."

"I knew nothing about chimneys or fixing mine, just knew it needed help. Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt in communications, and gave me a reasonable bid for the work. It sure looks good from the outside, so I assume all is well inside the chimney."

"Troy was professional.  He was polite and quick.  When we told him we needed to have the wall touched up and he did not have the materials to do it, he offered to return in a week to complete the job."

"I had PBUniverse tear down a dilapidated tool shed in my yard. They were efficient and hauled away the debris. I really appreciate the great work!"

"The service was great. I called and he came the very next day and repaired the sprinkler. Great response. They were on time and professional."
