His pricing was very competitive. His reputation for good quality work appears to be growing as he is about 7 weeks out from deposit to installation. They also completely removed the old fencing and debris. They did this while having to put up with my difficult neighbors who were present during the installation. I'm not young anymore and also didn't have the time to tackle such a large project. My house is huge and over 100 years old. I gave them a call and Claudio (the owner of the company) came over and gave a very reasonable estimate. He and his staff finished the painting job and also replaced five of my old, drafty windows in just a few days as promised. The workmanship was excellent! I thought I did such a professional job on the one bedroom I had painted, but when I saw their work, I realized that I'm just an amateur. And no more drafty windows! I couldn't be more pleased. One of the many things that impressed me was the minimal disruption. I think that was one of the reasons I put off having work done for so long. I expected a mess; people and things in the way, lots of noise. But that didn't happen. I was actually still able to comfortably live in my house while they transformed it.
