"The team was efficient and friendly. They performed what looked like a dangerous task cutting a very large branch off of a huge tree overhanging our garage. They also removed a tree that was crowding the foundation of our house. We didn't even know what we needed, and they told us exactly what needed to be done. They cut the trees up into firewood for us. They were generously flexible with the cost, as we couldn't afford the initial quote for all 3 trees we had initially asked about. We will definitely be hiring them again for that last tree this summer!"

"They delivered the mulch on time. However they will not put the mulch in the yard, it must be on the driveway. The delivery man informed me that the Owner wouldn't allow it because he had a truck sink in a yard more than likely in a shallow septic system leaching field. I could understand that as long as the homeowner didn't know their own yard. It just made it very difficult for me being a 60+ year old to shovel it onto a wheelbarrow and get it across the yard. Other than that, the mulch is of excellent quality and lasted quite a long time."

"We started out by asking Mike to work on the insulation of our sizeable attic.  We have contacted different insulation companies but Mike was the only one who took the time and effort to come up with an idea that could bring the attic closer to a finished space.  He explained every step with us and he was very patient to answer all our questions.  Mike and his crew were meticulous in sealing the work area to prevent any dust from entering the living and dining room, which we really appreciate!  Throughout the work, Mike has kept us posted of the progress everyday.  We were never in the dark.  We were so impressed by the work done in the attic that we decided to hire them for a few other things and all the results were equally satisfactory.  Mike is a great guy to work with--he was always responsive even though he had many projects.  He treated his clients as if they were their only client.  He never forgot a thing you mentioned to him. "Purchased the fall season package for aeration and overseeding. I wanted to purchase the patio package too for $599 but missed the deadline. Later found that there was some miscommunication between Angie's and Lyon on that patio deal, so good that I did not purchase. From what I learned that the 10x10 ft patio set would cost at least twice the listed deal price and I can understand that. It was too good to be true in the first place. Anyways I do not think Lyon should be penalized with bad reviews for a mistake done by Angies. Such things have occurred for me earlier at Angie's. Coming back to my $129 deal - the description said upto 8000 sq ft of aeration and over seeding , but again there's was some miscommunication between the provider and Angie's. The actual thing was aeration for xxxx sq ft(my house had a medium sized yard only so I am not sure how far he would go on the free thing) and only 1000 sq ft of seeding which is essentially a 30x30 ft area He came over to my house and"
