"This review should probably be three separate reviews, but I think it shows my trust in Vernon using him multiple times. He came out to give me a quote on a new gas water heater and relocating it about 8 feet over in the basement. The price was reasonable and he provided me the water heater information so I could see it's reviews beforehand. While installing my water heater, my tenant called and said the AC was not working. So, after completing the install and his other stops that day, Vernon went over later that day to take a look. The repair required a new part, so a few days later he repaired the AC and I had him replace a leaking pressure valve while he was there. About a month later, a house I renovated needed some repair work on a leaky drain before settlement (he was not the initial installer). Vernon went into that crawlspace and repaired the pipe and provided the appropriate documentation so we could get to settlement in time. I had Hamilton Plumbing and HVAC do work at my home, my rental, and then my house flip. I plan to have Vernon come back to run a gas line when I install a gas fireplace and again when I do my basement bathroom."

"They were very responsive, came the same day to take a look so that they could install following morning. They came right at the beginning of the time window and finished as promised after couple of hours. HOWEVER, when it came to the coupon (which reads: "AQUA PLUMBING & HEATING CO, Water Heaters – $25 off any job for Angie's List members either 10% off up to $250.00 off bill***Please mention coupon when scheduling") they did not give me the 10% off (w`hich `would have been 132.50 USD) but $25 off on 1350 USD. Upon me asking they said the coupon is "awkwardly worded" and it's the $25 off - period. If I would have known that or the person I scheduled with and mentioned the coupon to would have informed me, I would chosen another provider with a better deal."

"I initially called Shaffer Plumbing and a Plumber came out to assess the situation. We were told that our cold water line was leaking and our old water heater needed to be replaced. The Plumber 1st repaired the leak and replaced valve. As we supplied the water heater the Plumber returned a few days later, installed the new water heater, cleaned up beautifully and removed the old water at no additional charge!!"

"Glenoak plumbing was excellent.  We had a basement wet bar installation that took place in two parts.  The first (this review) involved installing hot and cold water lines, as well as a drain line to the main stack.  Upon prudent arrival at the agreed time for the estimate, Glenoak identified the most economical and code-abiding solution for our below-grade wet bar installation.  On the install date (which was scheduled quickly), they arrived on time and were consummate professionals, doing an excellent job, and cleaning up the work site when finished.  I would definitely recommend Glenoak plumbing to others.
