Sky arrived on time, started right away on installing the new toilet. Started replacing my bathroom fan and told me I bought the wrong size. He said don’t worry I’ll go and get the right sized one. Wow! What service as I was working from home. He texted me a picture of a fan with a light and gave him a hands up. Got back to my place and seems like in no time the fan was in! He saw that I had not caulked the floor area and offered to do it. No extra charge. Sky says he does all kinds of repairs! I told him I need to make a list and get a quote. My concern was customer service. The staff persistently shared strong political views even when I made it clear (politely) that I did not share their opinions. Found it especially disturbing that they would be vocally anti-immigrant given so many their employees were, indeed, immigrants. Not professional--or polite or respectful.
