"I contacted Mr. Ali in order to have him give an estimate for vinyl siding for our home. He arrived promptly and gave a very thorough presentation to show he was fully insured. He showed pictures of his work, awards and commendations he has received and the names of references. He showed samples of the product he would use, patiently answered all of my questions and gave his input when asked about possible colors that would go with our brick. His quote was comparable to the other quote I received, but I decided to go with Mr. Ali because I felt that he was an honest and fair businessman. I was not disappointed. He was in constant contact with me and his workers during the installation. He came to inspect the work and answered any questions that I had. The workers were wonderful and the job was completed in the amount of days that was estimated. The siding looks even better than expected! I would highly recommend Mr. Ali to anyone contemplating adding or replacing siding to their home."

"(Job was started around Jan. 7th) My roof looks good but the chimney looks horrible! If you are looking for a roofer that is punctual, efficient, and completes the job in a timely manner, then Bear's Cajun Roofing is not the company for the job. In all fairness, we had lots of cold and rainy weather that interfered with the installation, but even on the days that weather permitted we never knew if or what time the workers would show up. It took a month for work to be completed, which was very frustrating. Needless to say the job isn’t completed, where they left the trash til this day it’s still in same spot where it was left. Also some of the tin isn’t screwed in certain spots. After numerous times being lied to about coming back I’ve decided to have someone else to come finish the job!"

"My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. "Over all the job went well. Since it wasn't a critical repair I did not press for speed. Dave was ill when he bid the job and there was some delay there. The weather was a factor also. All things considered he did a good job and I will call him again for other projects."
