We do utilize subs for certain projects. We usually require 50% deposit for installation, balance due upon completion. Maintenance may be billed monthly or per visit. We find you the cheapest products that you want to use,then we give you a bottom line price which includes our price and the ampunt that the product will cost you, or we can break it down for you.
