"We purchased the LVP flooring from them for the whole house (approx 4,300sf) and they just came out with this high performance 10mm HPC flooring made by Titan. It is awesome and we love it. "Some miscommunication with dates but that is partially my fault, they made a great effort to still get my install completed in the time frame I requested. The install itself, overall is good, on the refinishing section there is a lot of missed fill work (lots of nails visible), an obvious drop/drip of stain that wasn't smoothed out, and the installers were not very selective with the boards they used and installed so there are a lot of pieces with bug drill holes that could have not been used as I had ordered extra material."
