"Replaced/installed approx 480' of 6' high Red Cedar wood fence and 2 gates without any issues. When calling for an estimate Dan from Iroquois Fence was timely, other fence companies were a week or two out. Estimated a fair price, scheduled fence on a timely manner. Installation was great arrived early am, crew was professional and efficient. For the large amount of fence they were quick along with efficient, we identified they were experts at what they did and appreciate a great job !!"

The FIRST thing I was told was that I hadn't read the FINE PRINT, that warping did occasionally happen with wooden fences. "Doug was great to work with. He was honest and fair. I solicited 5 quotes. All were fairly close, within a couple hundred dollars. Doug’s expertise was apparent. Doug delivered as promised and was on site for the first few hours of the job. His crew was incredibly polite and professional and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. "We had a lot of mix up with Lowe's and remodeling. Their prices are okay. There were in-competencies but they tried to get things in order. We got blinds, they were beautiful. The staff were really nice putting it up but they sat a whole extra set of blinds. There were two sets of blinds. We had to start getting rid of the second set of blinds. It was like 3000 dollars worth of blinds. I asked them what they will do with it and they said they will give it to Habitat for Humanity. People were nice to us but there were lot's of incompetencies. I got the girl in taking 15 percent and an extra 5 for the credit card for the blinds. She said it was a mistake but i was going to lose money."

"Called for an estimate - based on the description, they quoted $750. It was about that (additional $50 was for taxes etc). Among 10-15 fence companies, this one was among the most reasonable for price. They came by three times - once to make an estimate, once to sink the poles into the ground, and once to install the gate. We are mostly happy with the gate. The 2 gates are not flush though, because as they discovered after they sank the poles and the concrete dried, our driveway is at a slight slope. One gate was installed at the highest point on the pole, the other on the lowest point, and it still was not enough to make it flush (by about 2-3 inches). The workers were apologetic, but at that point there wasn't anything they could do without ripping up the poles and starting over. It looks OK, but I feel like it would have been better if they put a level on the driveway before they sank the poles (so they could select a taller pole on one side), or else they could have let me know ahead of time that the driveway is sloped and the gate doors wouldn't be flush with each other. Despite that issue, the quality of the materials they used for the gate are very good, and I can tell it will last for many years. The owner (who did the estimate) told me the materials they use are better than other companies for the same price, and based on what I've seen from other companies, I'm sure this is true. Don't get me wrong - I am very happy with the work that they did, and I understand the gates not being flush is a physical limitation of the landscape - it just would have been nice to know that ahead of time, and I feel like they didn't realize it either since they tried unsuccessfully to get the gates flush with each other after they sunk the poles. I gave them a C for responsiveness - even though they were quite responsive on the initial call and estimate, they rescheduled the installation appointment 3 times (and I had to call to ask what was going on - they did not call me). In the end, there were about four weeks between the initial estimate and the gate install. I was initially under the impression that they would be able to do the job within two weeks. It was one of the reasons I had chosen them over other vendors."
