Concrete cut, removed, dug out to pour 6” instead of 4”, rebar drilled into existing pad, steel reinforced, mixed new concrete onsite (the pads were small, 2 @ 4’x5’), and finished off the surface perfectly. Brian hauled off all the debris and cleaned up the site when he left. Couldn’t have asked for better work."

"They are fast but when it comes to getting u the paperwork on the bid they wait until the last minute. I told them two weeks before when they gave me a verbal bid I was going with them. For the next two weeks, no email on the bid up till the Sunday before they started. Then no time to get the money ready to pay. Had to get some help from loved ones to pay. Plus they say they will take out the trust by Thursday but do not show up till Sunday."

A project of this size will have some bumps and Scatter Creek handled each of the problems with open, clear communication.  The timeline promised for project completion was aggressive, but everything worked out and we were able to close on the house in time.  While doing the work, Mr. Childress pointed out some other projects that were not immediate concerns, but he would be willing to do the work.
