Kevin was extremely flexible when we changed a few design choices and provided his opinion on decisions we were unsure of. Kevin also showed a high level of patience and determination regarding a gas stove my husband and I purchased a few years prior to the basement remodel. While it did not have instructions on hookup and what was required per code, Kevin conducted a large amount of research and also located all the necessary parts to ensure the stove was installed flawlessly and to spec.
