"Our heater stopped functioning on Nov 27, 2023 and we called Petro who had done the maintenance on it before and replaced a motor two years ago. They were responsive and a technician came two days later. He worked for 3 hours without explaining what the problem was. Then said he needed to replace the motor. He fixed the problem and left without much explanation. Two days later a bill of $2500 came via email. No explanation, no break-down. I called 4 times over the last 20 days, spoke to 4 different reps and was promised that a supervisor will contact me with the bill details. Nothing happened. Irresponsible customer service and unprofessional behavior. They show all the symptoms of big, bureaucratic, and indifferent service company. I would not recommend Petro if you have options of more personalized services."

"I would like to highly recommend the Total Temperature Control team. Back in November 2017, our tenants experienced a heating outage in one of our furnaces. After the TTC team visited, they found that this particular heating unit needed replacing. After being walked through the condition of both units in conjunction with the wisdom of John and his team, we decided to replace the existing units with the latest Carrier models. Throughout the process, John, Amele and Brianna Ambrosino, David Pereira, and Steve Matarazzo, along with the other team members who diligently worked on the systems provided comprehensive information, quick and efficient communication about the projects, and professionalism when we spoke with them via phone from overseas or our tenants did at the house. We appreciate that the project would take some time and that their main interest was in doing it correctly the first time. Since the initial timing was during the start of winter, the heating was addressed first and completed quickly. The air conditioning was done last and eventually activated just before the heat of summer began. Finally, when we checked on the property from overseas, John took the time to walk through the project to finalize. A big thank you to everyone at Total Temperature Control."

"Terrible. Just terrible. Whenever we had a conversation about what was included in our purchase or not, he was ALWAYS switching up his statement. Lou is full of empty promises and we had a poor experience with him. He recommended his brother, Chris Mellilo, to be our contractor. Upfront he seeemed like a good guy but it was our mistake. It took this guy over 6 months to complete 1/2 of our kitchen. BEWARE of Northeast kitchen and his rude and flakey brother who ruined our lives for over 6 months. Find another place to get your cabinets and do not listen to these guys. Terrible, just terrible."
