I like that Ralph gives free estimate over phone and prices by the job — not by the hour like most plumbers do. Ralph is courteous, professional, prompt, and honest. For example, he told me drainage looked fine and didn’t need snaking to help save me money, but I insisted he do it because I knew at that the particular moment it was not showing problem that I have been dealing with for months.
