He wanted to be paid with credit card which was okay later we tried to use the washer and it wouldn?t let cold water into the washer I checked to make sure water was on and it still wasn?t working. I called him back and he told me somethings to try and if they did not work to call him back they didn?t work when I called him back he didn?t answer I tried five times and he didn?t answer or call me back. I worked on it and got it fixed I called him the next day to tell him and he still didn?t answer. I would not use him again. I feel he was not professional and he follow thru lacks "

"My brother hired Josh and his team to renovate a townhouse purchased for our family. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The project was not completed within the original timeline, and several aspects of the work required follow-up to be addressed properly. Some trim and baseboard work appeared incomplete until it was specifically pointed out, and the overall quality of the painting did not meet the standard we anticipated.
