"What a great company! We had over 300 feet of treated wood fencing we wanted done - about 100 of privacy and 200 of open slats. We got 4 estimates and I have to say that AAF came out in a timely manner - I didn't have to wait days. I think they came out the next day. Nino (owner) was fast and "no frills" which I love. He answered all my questions and wasn't pushy and didn't come across as superior to other companies. His price was good. But the main reason we chose him is there was no wait. He was willing to come out the next week plus we saved some money. Also his installers are real fence installers - not just people who are picked up for a job. Once our K was signed, Miss Utility came out and in a couple more days the lumber was delivered and in a couple hours the fence installers showed up and went to work. They were so fast - first they had to remove our old chain link and then they laid the posts. The next day they put up the rest of the fence. There were only 3 men and they worked efficiently and professionally. The fence is beautiful - so straight and perfect. We were so impressed with the workmanship and quality. And they cleaned everything up. They were great people to work with. We live in Burke. If anyone wants to come look at our fence, you are welcome to pm me and I will give you our address. "Tracey is a great front person to work with for estimating and scheduling the work. She was reachable, responsive and caring. Projects involved 1) opening an entry from hallway to bathroom and installing a door (that was a major project), 2) converting a walking closet to a den including patching up the walls and the carpet, and adding a power outlet, 3) installing a ceiling light fixture in family room, 4) fixing a couple of bedroom doors, 5) painting a few areas, and 6) installing a dimmer switch. "Kargmans provided a handyman, Alex and his helper, Gerson, to install a storm door, hang kitchen cabinets and replace a mailbox. They did outstanding work and I am extremely pleased with the results. Alex and his helper, Gerson, worked in 95 degree heat to remove my old storm door and frame; repair the entryway; and install a brand new frame and double-paned Pella storm door. This downstairs doorway has always been very difficult to work as it is stucco and uneven. Alex conquered each challenge he encountered. He and Gerson created a professional, precise result with which I am extremely pleased. Both men took extra time with the fine details. After installing the downstairs storm door, they hung my kitchen cabinets, replaced my mailbox and painted the mailbox post. Excellent, excellent, excellent work and a great attitude!!!
