"My neighbor hired this company to install a new fence around their entire backyard and to remove the old fence. Our neighbors rent their house out so they were not there when the fence was installed. I own the house on one side of theirs and I was at home during the install. The crew did not appear to speak to english when I tried to talk to them, I cautioned them several times about places the heavy debri on top of the owners drainage system and I was ignored. The workers also came into MY backyard without asking permission, They were using my gate to enter and leave my yard and have broken the gate. It no longer latches shut. In addition, they removed at least some of the old posts by sawing them and leaving the remains in the ground and just digging new holes for the post. This has caused a huge issue for me as the owner of the house nextdoor. Our lots are on a hill and now all the yard debri is actually washing thru the fence into my yard. The holes from the original fence were never filled in and the concrete that was poured for the new post is all over my yard. My dry river bed now needs to be repaired as a result of this company (it is adjacent to the fence). I have reached out to the company and provided pictures and they have not gotten back to me. I am very upset that I am going to have to pay money to have my yard and gate fixed due to a fence that this company installed on my neighbors yard. Bewarned about the crews that this company employees and their lack of caring about your personal property or your neighbors. Update: After posting the initial review, the owner reached out to me. He came out with a crew and fixed the fence gate. They said the lawn issues are due to settling (the yards are on a hill) and I would need to contact the owner of the house or just fix that myself."

"The team Fence & Deck sent to install a fence in my backyard—an area measuring about 1/6th of an acre—were quick, efficient, and friendly. The first team member showed up just before 7:30 to start dismantling the old fence. By 8 AM, the rest of the team was hard at work. It was a quieter process than I thought, to be honest—which was great, as my neighbors work from home. They were finished by 2 PM; had cleaned up, packed up the old fence and their equipment and were gone. There were issues with installing the new fence: trees had grown into the fence path, most of them belonging to the neighbors. The team presented me with possible solutions at each point, so I could get the fence I wanted—or as close as was possible given the obstacles. It was a very low-stress construction day, and we—and our neighbors—really like the results."

"Thank You Deck Cetera. Both the fence installation and front porch addition were done professionally and quickly even though Mother Nature did not cooperate all the time. The price quoted was fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we received but the quality and type of both the porch and fence was definitely above par by comparison. We truly enjoy our new privacy but the new porch you built put the entire job over the top, it has changed the entire front of our house. "I am very happy and impressed with the service I received from the team at EZ Small Moves.  I was moving from a 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom apartment half a mile from each other.  All I needed was help and a van to move boxes and furniture.  I got quotes from about 5 companies, including EZ Small Moves.  The experience with this company was positive from the very beginning.  Tammy was very quick to respond to my request for a free quote.  We talked over the phone initially and then she followed up with an email summary that same day.  I didn't have to sign any paperwork ahead of time or provide a deposit (other companies did require this).  I checked in the day before the move and Tammy confirmed we were all set.  The day of my move Jordan and Justin couldn't have been nicer and more professional.  They called me 15 minutes before they were set to arrive and said they were on their way and would be about 15 minutes late.  In the Washington DC area, that's nothing!  I appreciated the heads up.  When they arrived, they moved quickly and respectfully.  They put a lot of effort into making sure my stuff was not damaged while being carried and also in the truck.  They wrapped my furniture in blankets...I didn't have to pay for this which other companies added in to the final estimate.  They put down one of the blankets on the ground when they were moving my mattress into the apartment because of the angle of the stairs - they wanted to make sure it didn't get dirty.  Very thoughtful - above and beyond!  I also didn't have to pay for travel time - another cost in other quotes.  All in all - it took 2 hours and was one of my most pleasant moving experiences ever.  Highly recommend this company!
