"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. They are unprofessional, uncommunicative, unreliable and clearly not trustworthy. My experience currently has been a complete waste of time, money and emotional energy. Dr. CLARICE BROWN "

They helped me set up the estimate and scheduled the work being done. They answered all of my questions and concerns. Carlos and the crew was on time and finished the project in a timely manner. They removed the old fence and installed a new fence to our liking. They cleaned up and hauled the fencing away.
