"I wanted to share my experience with this company. I had my garage door spring snap and contacted this company early on this Monday morning. The person that answered my call treated me very well over the phone and i was also impressed with her knowledge of both the product line that they offered and the service aspect. Her name was Lindsey. She reflects well how the company treats their customers. Withing two hours she had the service man at my residence to install new springs. His name was Terry Camp and he was also kind and didn't rush to install the springs but instead did it the correct way and made sure that the end result was a quality install. I am very picky about doing things right the first time and this man did just that along with making sure that I felt valued as a customer. I researched pricing on the install before I contacted this company and the price that I was charged was right in line to the penny for the service and quality parts they installed. Thank you Lindsey and Terry for the excellent customer service you offered me today. You have a lifelong customer and I plan to recommend your company to others in need of your service."

"Josh was prompt in coming by to give an estimate, followed up with written estimate, showed up on date promised, but was not able to finish then so sent e-mail explaining when he'd back, and two days later, returned to finish the job, cleaned up all the limbs, branches, nothing left in yard, even the stuff that was already there that we hadn't raked up yet was gone.  Great communication, timely responses and service done quickly and well.  Very happy with his work. <br />"

"The service I received from Promax Construction was absolutely FANTASTIC! I had a rotted fascia board on the south side of the house that was in dire need of repair and Promax was the only company that I could find in Decatur who were actually willing to come out and get the job done. After calling to set up an appointment, John showed up exactly when scheduled, gave me an estimate and I agreed to it on the spot. His price was fair, so I signed the contract and he said he'd send out his guys as soon as he could. The Promax crew showed up roughly two weeks later and immediately got to work. The first crew of guys (sorry I didn't catch their names or I'd credit them here) pulled down the old board and cut and installed the new piece perfectly. It was exactly what I wanted. After that, John had Shane come out to do some finishing work on the roof and chimney and now everything looks fantastic! I am extremely GRATEFUL to Promax Construction for doing this job for me when nobody else would and the next time I need more work done on the house, I will definitely be calling Promax Construction FIRST. "We really enjoy our new toolshed. This is not just any old shed in your backyard, this is a shed the size of a small garage. We had a particular set-up that we needed the shed to fit in our yard to accommodate our fenced-in area. Cornerstone was able to create a spec of the new shed to our requests including double-doors and windows. We also requested a pitched roof where we can have additional loft storage. It was amazing the transformation. All was done within a short period of time and the Cornerstone team worked with us all the way. We bid several other construction companies and Cornerstone's bid provided us with more of what we wanted (tear down existing and rebuild new structure) without the huge price-tag others had quoted to "renovate the existing structure". I will definitely use Cornerstone Builders again for my future remodels and builds. Great job, great service, and attention to detail."
