"Russ was a pleasure to work with, and he did an amazing job on the extensive wood flooring throughout my home. Russ was the most responsive of the flooring specialists whom I contacted, and incorporated our wishes into a proposal quickly and without trying to push us to sand areas that really just needed a buff. The timing of our project was sensitive, as we wanted to refinish the floors in between our renters's departure from our property and our subsequent move-in, and he was able to make this happen for us. The situation turned out to be far trickier than expected when our air-conditioning system completely died and it was humid, 90-degree week; Russ and his team were undeterred, and completed the sanding despite the hot conditions in the house. The staining work could not be completed until the house could be cooled/dehumidified, and Russ completely re-arranged his work schedule to push back this second phase of the project by a week to accommodate the installation of the new HVAC. Despite the delays and issues beyond his control, Russ finished the project on time (ie before the movers were slated to arrive). The floors look beautiful; the large job was a combination of sanding/staining/coating two different types of wood, as well as buffing/coating in other areas, and all of it turned out magnificently. Russ is also trustworthy; I gave him the key to the home and was not even in the country for part of the time, and he took good care of the home. I would highly recommend RJM Flooring to anyone looking to have work done on their wood floors."

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

Alex answered all of our questions during the first visit and provided us with detailed instructions of what will be done for the vinyl fence installation.  He was gracious and patient when we had more questions. Their services included cutting down two trees that were on the fence line, removing the old metal fence and installing our brand new vinyl fence which looks great! "Cintex installed a walk- in shower, in what is now a master bath. This wasn't a tub conversion, but a new floor to ceiling tile shower. Vince & Cindy were so easy to work with. Vince pulled my existing toilet and vanity, installed the new shower and tiled the floor. Vince and his assistant, Chao then reinstalled the fixtures, all with minimal disruption. Cindy helped with the tile and fixture selection, I didn't realize how little I knew about tile, she was great. I learned stuff and I'm happy with the selections. The entire project was done to perfection. My house was left clean, all of the debris was hauled away. Done on time and at a very reasonable price. I posted a picture, but don't be showing up for a demo."
