Len The Plumber, LLC. is a leading plumbing and drain company serving New Jersey. Our certified professional plumbers are available same day to assist residential customers in Burlington County and Camden County. Our knowledgeable plumbers have years of experience dealing with a wide variety of plumbing issues including plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, water heaters, well systems, heating systems, sewer, water, and gas lines. We’re open 7 days a week with no extra charge on evenings or weekends!
"Used Len the Plumber in Cherry Hill for the first time. Called at 8 a.m. and they had someone out within a couple of hours. Pricing was up front, so no surprises. The tech - Sonny - was great! He answered all of my questions and had the toilet repaired in under an hour. I was concerned that the 30-year-old toilet would need to be replaced but, thankfully, Sonny determined that the toilet was in good working condition. I appreciated the honesty! I would have given 5 stars but pricing seemed high - almost $400 to replace a $20 part."

"Horrible. We are now hiring second contractor to fix most every facet of our kitchen remodel. Medication stolen from our house while working. Police report filed. Only owner and 1 other on site and no one took responsibility. Owner vince has health and pain issues and is most likely felon Although vince blamed his employee and drug tested the boy but not himself. We had remodel last summer. Since we have had plumbing issues, leaks, mildew, rodents all attributed to this work Garbage disposal pushes water into our laundry room sink and floor. Told Vince and he ignored it. Kitchen sink installed correctly - no trap for proper venting. No vent connected at all ror kitchen plumbing. Sewer Gas venting into crap space. Brand new Dishwasher new install with big dent in front and drained into crawl space with tape connecting to pipe causing leak and food into crawl space. Source of bugs and rodents Lost leg on oven when moving it. Never mentioned it. But misaligned with backsplash. Lighting installed incorrectly causing dead switches and bad shadows cast from crown molding on cabinets Cabinets not flush with molding Cabinet doors do not close. All handles overtightened causing splinters. Nails protruding from inside of cabinets which have cut me Gaps in hardwood floor- too many too count Cracks in drywall all over ceiling and horrible tape job to join wall. Painters were embarrassed cause no sanding or properly installed drywall. Painters Said we should ask for Money back Backsplash missing spots and left inch gap under cabinets which is eye level for 5 ft 1 inch home owner Couldnt even install a ceiling fan correctly. NEVER asked if we were happy with work We conveyed we were not and he showed up one day for “touch ups” and never followed up We called several more times for issues and he ignored our problems and couldnt even properly fix any of it TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. get a real contractor."

Magnetrons burn out when their magnets crack, terminals overheat, or internal connections loosen. Excess heat does most of the damage, so make sure the vents stay clear and the unit has breathing room on all sides. Good airflow and routine cleaning go a long way toward keeping the magnetron alive.
Signs that you need a microwave repair include the unit's inability to heat, extended cooking times, sparks, odd noises, burning odors, or running with the door open. A malfunctioning touchpad, an unlatched door, or a turntable that won’t spin are clear indicators that a repair is needed.
It makes sense to fix a microwave if the repair costs less than a new unit and the appliance isn’t past its prime. Built-in or high-end models are good candidates for repair, while a budget countertop unit over 10 years old is less expensive to replace. Before deciding, compare repair quotes with the price of a new model.
Wiping down the inside of the microwave each week keeps grease from clogging vents and trapping heat around key parts. A quick steam clean with lemon, vinegar, or baking soda loosens stuck-on food without harsh chemicals. Sticking to a simple cleaning schedule reduces overheating, extends the microwave’s lifespan, and helps it reach its full potential. Seeking advice from an appliance repair technician on maintenance tips can help you prolong the useful life of your microwave.
Microwaves last seven to eight years with consistent care. With consistent cleaning and proper maintenance, many units continue to operate efficiently for 10 years. In some high-end models, rigorous upkeep and advanced component quality can extend the unit’s performance for up to 15 years. Routine service checks and a maintenance schedule can safeguard your microwave’s longevity.
When you suspect your microwave fuse is blown, the appliance may not start, and the display might be unresponsive. To check a glass fuse, begin by disassembling the panel and inspecting the fuse area for melting or discoloration. To check a ceramic fuse, use a multimeter to test for continuity. A failed fuse stops the microwave from operating and must be replaced to avoid further damage.
