Mr. Stewart took photos and videos of everything he found and explained the repair process in depth to us. When it came time to chose which roofing package we wanted, he did not pressure us, but instead continued to answer our hundreds of questions. All of the repairs and the new roof installation were completed in a single day by the hard working, professional, yet friendly crew lead by Mr. JD. My family cannot say enough brilliant things about RRG Roofing. In fact, they will be back next week to install gutters and downspouts for us."

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap.
