At that time he took down the information on the pump to try and find out from the manufacturer how to fix the issue with the switch. He followed up two weeks later and gave me the update that he could get the parts and I had the option to do this myself (which he said was easy) or he could do it. I asked him to do it and he quoted me a fixed price in advance which I appreciated. <br /> It took him about 90 minutes onsite but the tub now works as it is supposed to and things are in great shape. <br /> I appreciate how prompt and friendly Jason is as well as how he is willing to quote over the phone and then stick to that quote when doing the work.
