Other contractors reviewed the requirements and wouldn't touch it, not only did Georgia Restoration and Construction take on the job they did an awesome job. The extension added 210 sq ft. The job required framing/roofing/new pillars/new siding/painting, etc.. The GARCP team did a great job managing the various needed crews and the unusually high volume of local rain fall. No construction job is without a few flaws, the important thing is that the issue is acknowledged and corrected. The team did a great job solving all issues to our upmost satisfaction. "It went great! He showed up the day he said he would, completed his work in a timely manner, and did a great job. He is a very down to earth guy, easy to talk to, and work with. His prices were fair. He completed everything I asked, and did it the way I wanted, except one or two small things he changed, because the way I had envisioned it was not feasible because of longevity of the project. His changes meant I would be able to enjoy it for years to come. Also, some things I didn't quite know how I wanted done, so we sat down and I gave him a vague idea of what I wanted and he made suggestions until we came up with something I liked.
