"I called four companies for estimates and Mike was one of three that answered. He came by appointment, inspected the wall and other basement areas and the backyard and gutter system we had questions about. He described his expertise that could address the interior area that allowed the leak (the primary problem). He described what equipment he would use, gave an estimate of the time it would take him, and the estimated cost. He also clarified that he could take care of the internal crack but could not deal with the outside drainage.
