During that time the made structual repairs on roof (replaced a missing facia and painted), repaired a damaged section of the main roof, stripped the old flat roof of my den extension and installed a new rubber roof and, finaly stripped an sloping roof over my kitchen and put new asphalt shingles. "Rick (the owner of Auggie's) met with us and gave us a quote for painting five rooms in our new place.  His quote was detailed, and the work was done as quoted.  The walls were extrememly well prepped, and all trim was caulked and holes filled and sanded before the painting began.  Although the original quote called for priming and three coats of paint on the trim (which was going from distressed flat black to semi-gloss white), the actual coverage took primer and four coats, and one door needed a fifth coat.  These extra coats were applied without additional cost.  The only addition to the initial quote was for extra paint for the largest room, which required a third coat.  We were given a walk-through before finalizing, and the very few irregularities were corrected to our satisfaction.
One of the best things we can say about Auggie's is that Rick was very consistent in communicating with us at all times: before, during and after the job.  On the first day, when he was running late, he called to let us know that he was coming and hadn't stood us up. 
We are so happy with the work that we will be using Auggie's again to paint the entire interior of the condo we are going sell once we've moved into our new place!  We can't recommend them highly enough!
