An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results.  It was a big job and at times seemed very invasive but this could not be helped.  They had a lot of workers in my house every day for 7 straight days. The only thing I would fault them on is quality of prepping surfaces, minor details, etc.  I was disappointed to have to have them redo a ceiling and some wall areas and come back to fix a closet door.  I would have hoped they could have done a thorough walk-through after they were done looking for details without me pointing them out.  That being said, they were quick to return and fix any problems I pointed out. <br />"
