But to get to the wall they had to take down an 100 foot vinyl fence. Besides that, my neighbors shed is 3 inches from my property line. They could not bring in any machinery. Once the project was started...I had to stay check on them and ultimately they DID DO WHAT OUR CONTRACT said and I am VERY happy about that. It just took more effort on my part to follow up on things to get to that end result.....more than I would have thought. But they DID go to the effort to make sure I was happy and to  do everything I asked. That is much more than most companies do. IT is a beautiful patio and my tenant is happy that we did that for her.
