"We actually hired J Hoss for two jobs, and they did a great job with both! Both were tricky operations involving the plumbing of an old beach house, and they came up with effective ways of dealing with every issue. The hot water heater install involved moving an old hot water heater out of a crawlspace and putting a new one in in a closet, and the plumbing lines were a bit wacky due to the way the cottage had been added onto over time. But they solved the problems without tearing out any walls, which was great. The other job involved a DIY project installing a bathroom vanity that we got halfway through before realizing we were over our heads. They were game and jumped right in and worked with us to complete the job. We loved how they collaborated with us and were so cheerful about our amateur efforts! Definitely will hire again."

"Miracle Method did a great job resurfacing the floor, the bathtub and surround, and the shower and surround. Everything looks new. They even cleaned our existing shower doors to look new. They removed the toilets to resurface the floor and placed new wax rings when they replaced the toilets. The only negative part of the resurfacing process was the smell of the chemicals they use. We had to open a lot of windows to vent the odor."

"I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. Also, because I have add'l bathroom remodeling to do, I asked Joseph for any recommendations he may have for providers with whom he's worked who do smaller jobs and are good. He did make some recommendations and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding these providers. We contracted with CRG Remodeling in May 2019 for a kitchen and powder room remodel in Washington DC, and ended up doing much more, including LR/DR/hallway painting, plumbing fixes, and an office remodel. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day. Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working.
