"I have mixed reactions. They responded quickly to my need to have upholstery cleaned- one couch and two large and one small recliners. They did a very nice job on the furniture. Easily a 4-5 star rating. My reasons for lower total and a "maybe" for recommending them is a lot of water was on my hardwood floors and not enough attention given to cleaning it all up-leaving stains on the wood that I finally had to hire someone to help with the floors. If I had carpets cleaned or wall to wall carpets maybe it would have been different. So if you have hardwood floors, maybe I'd pass on this company"

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Jay arrived within the scheduled window of time, and called 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he surveyed the rooms and got to work pretreating and then got to the actual cleaning of my now formally soiled carpets. My carpets are 8 years old and very light colored and really needed a good cleaning. I'm pleased to say that they look very fresh and clean and I'm very happy with the results.
