"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! "It went very well. He's a one-man installation machine, but also was able to get my beautiful old wooden windows into operable condition. Prior to that many would not open, and the weights and strings disabled. Total cost of both jobs (done at different times) was reasonable and not as much as many estimates. Great guy, on time, says what he's going to do."

"The original deal I bought was for 1 person for 6 hours. Somehow there was a scheduling mix-up, and on the day I expected them, they didn't come. When I called, the scheduling mistake became apparent. The person on the phone was very apologetic, and told me no one could come. But, maybe 20 minutes later, she called back and said, she could send two people for three hours now. I agreed, and they arrived soon after. Evidently someone else had canceled, so I was lucky.
They were cheerful and friendly. They knew what they were doing, had the appropriate tools to accomplish my task list, and didn't leave a mess. They worked efficiently and got my list of things done early. They hung pictures for me in the remaining time, and did all that annoying measuring etc, as well as dealing with a wall that doesn't like to take nails. It's been some time since they did the work, and I'm happy to say that their efforts have held up. The gate has remained stable, the re-hung door works great, etc. In contrast to some others I've hired whose work has not held up.
I would be happy to use this company again, and it was great to get all those things taken care of.

"James Carroll at BPA(Berkshire Property Alliance) showed up on time for our initial appointment. It was a difficult job with an old dock that had shifted due to ice pressure. The under supports had collapsed so the whole staircase and dock were catawumpus. James studied the situation for almost an hour and came up with an ingenious solution that did not require rebuilding the whole structure. He also designed it to reuse what was salvageable, saving material costs, and put in 4 foot concrete supports so it can't shift again. With his very hectic schedule, he managed to work our repair in - even worked until dark one afternoon and on a Sunday. We are very pleased with his work, his work ethic and professionalism. Would highly recommend! Wish we had found him years ago!"

The only issue I had was that they do not seem to have the timing down as to when they will arrive and how long things will take. We had a few delays but in the end it worked out"

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
