Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.

External Paint  sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean  - superb workmanship very happy with work

External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .

External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day

External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete-  8 days

 External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days

Then he looked at the front doorframe and he returned the very next day with what he needed to remove the cracked portion of the frame and replace it with the latch perfectly lined up, good as new for 1/20 of the cost of a new door unit! "We had a piece of small molding that came off our porch from high winds that needed replacing. We also needed our two car garage door frame replaced from multiple dents from hockey pucks. Demyan came within a day to give us a quote and then had it repaired a couple of days later. On the day of repair, they were running a little late because they were on another job before us. We were scheduled for noon. I can't believe they actually called us to let us know they were going to be late and would be there in about half an hour. That was so courteous. They did the job quit quick (yes, it was only a small job, but quick nonetheless), and cleaned up nicely. They were all very polite. We will look forward to having them again for some other small repairs that we have in the back."

"Joe arrived on time and gave us the estimate to repair all damages.  He also reminded us that our Homeowners insurance might help with the costs.  The work began as promised, and was done perfectly, and on time and budget.
  The workmen were neat, courteous, and did everything they could to keep disruptions  to a minimum.  They cleaned and put away  their tools and paint items each night. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
