I then inquired about replacing the crank mechanisms being replaced on bay windows. He ordered the necessary parts. Upon installation, one of the parts was defective, he immediately ordered the replacement part, that also was defective. He kept me informed of the status of the impending repair. After the order was made the windows came in on the time estimated by Jim with no complications. Then it come to the installation i was so happy with it, it only took two days to install nine windows. His installers were professional, they clean after them self and got the job done right.
