He didn't charged us extra for that, he was very through and even cleaned after he was done! He was also very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. "Although everything was ready to go and my requests clear, they spent a lot of initial time looking into additional work in the other bathrooms, etc. which wasn't requested. After an hour, I had to be direct with them to simply focus on my original scope. Too much talking and I should have been more direct at the onset as my available time is limited. The pricing was fair in the end, but started off too high. As we work worked through the details, the pricing came down 20%. In the end, the work was excellent."

"Did a good job fixing a major problem in sewer line that was causing backups in toilet, sink and disposal. No issues with quality of work. However, like other reviewers I did have issues with their timing. They were much later getting to my house than originally promised. Also, when I went to pay with check they said they preferred debit or credit. Then they charged me the transaction fee on top of the $675 it costs for the job. This drives me crazy! You don’t want a check, but you dare to charge me a fee for using a debit card?? That’s your cost of doing business! They said they would have the office refund the fee, but so far nothing. Very frustrating!"
