"We've hired Brendan many times. This trip he repaired a door lock and rewired speakers on our screen porch. My only complaint - I can only grade him "A". He deserves "A+++". Shows up when he says he will. (How rare is that?!) Gets right to work. Does EVERYTHING FIRST RATE. NEVER, ever had to call him back to do a job over again. Fair prices. Courteous, respectful. "I contacted N. Chasen and Son to replace our shutters. While working on the quote for the shutters via email, a wind storm tore some trim off our house, so I asked if they could include that as part of the work (as well as replacing some siding and a louver). They sent someone out the next week to check the shutter dimensions and determine what was needed for the trim, siding, and louver. They suggested repainting the louvers instead of replacing, and sent me a quote for all the work and to get it scheduled. On the scheduled date, Marcus was on time and very friendly. He walked me through everything they were going to do and explained that the shutters were on backorder and would be in later in the week, but he replaced the trim and painted one of the louvers (he needed a longer ladder for the second). He had to return a few times to finish the work, but he made sure it was all completed and the quality is fantastic. I'm very pleased with my experience with N. Chasen and Son and will definitely hire again when I have need."

"Wonderful experience with Method Organized!! Steve was able to come out in just a few days and give me a quote on the work I wanted done. He worked with me to get what I wanted done down to the budget I wanted. He made some great suggestions to improve on the ideas I had. Mike and Eli were the install team. They were super! They were on time, very polite and got everything on this big job done by 3 pm that afternoon. They cleaned up behind themselves, even vacuuming the floor around the new shelves. Mike and Eli noticed a problem with the shelves that were going on the wall near my pull down attic steps. They told me about the problem and explained my options- a potential problem solved because they were so observant and careful of the plans when doing the install. I love the shelves and Murphy bed!
