"They were fine. Jonathan Mayo is the proprietor. He was prompt and he was polite. He did just what he said he would. I would certainly call him again. He was a very nice person. It went beautifully. He arrived promptly at 9 when he said he would. He climbed right up on the roof. He brought shingles because my roof is too old to get the same shingles. He had some similar ones. It took him about an hour and that was it. He came down and left. I was very very pleased. The only thing was that I was thinking about things to do to make the house look good to sell it in a few years. Being a businessman, he asked me if I had considered aluminum siding because that would spruce up the house. You would expect an exteriors person to say that. Of course I don't want aluminum siding because I have got a nice wood clapboard house. That was the only thing that he suggested and my house doesn't need it. Aside from that, the job was wonderful. His work was wonderful. I would not even take that as a prompt because you would expect somebody to recommend other things that they do. He does a lot of things. His card said roofing, siding, decking, windows, skylight repair, chimneys, and roof shoveling. He pretty much does it all for the exterior of a house. I was very pleased with the price. I had nothing else to compare it with. I didn't even bother asking anybody else."

"He carefully accessed the damage, sent an estimate, followed up with a phone call , and promptly scheduled the work. On the job he put down floor protection and enclosed the work area with plastic sheets to minimize the dust. He supplied all the materials and worked steadily. "I was really nervous about having anyone do this but these guys were great. My main contact was Don, he asked a lot of questions about my old furnace to find out if I really needed new or did it just need repair. As this is a mobile home its different then a house so he needed serial numbers and I offered to take measurements instead of him coming here just for that. They showed up when they said they would, it was nice that they seemed happy for me to get a new furnace, having me come out when it was unboxed to see it. They put old rugs over my floor to protect it. The Old furnace had backfired and was dented out, so they asked to remove the sheet rock( its like a door frame) I laughed and said of course but it might fall into pieces they assured me they would be careful and they were but my fix job looked great but wasn't sturdy. Any way the old went out and they had to do some rearranging of fuel line, the Floor opening was bigger then needed ,so that had to be redone, they just went along and did it never seemed impatient with each other or the job. The roof jack stove pipe thingy came out hard as I had replaced the roof 2 years ago and made sure it was sealed in(it was)!! They each had their own things to do and they just seemed to .. flow. By 330 it was getting too dark out to finish roof stuff so they got new furnace going, Don stayed a while to make sure it was running well and came the next morning to finish the caulking/sealing of the stove pipe. The old furnace was left in a neat pile for the metal collector and the cardboard was well held down. They cleaned up any mess (not much). Made sure I was happy and gave me the bill. Don has called to see how the furnace is running, I didnt expect that. Any type of remodeling is rough but the Spectrum guys didnt waste time,going in and out, taking breaks,talking on phones etc.They did the job well and they have a new customer."
