"JIm came out promptly to provide a quote, but unfortunately could not because we have a finished basement with drywall covering walls in both of the leaky corners of our basement, and so he was unable to assess.     After removing the drywall, Jim came out again, gave us his recommendation and followed up with a quote within 2 days.    What Quacker's proposed seemed to make more sense to us than recommendations from other companies,  Jim was very knowledgeable about different waterproofing methods.  Heather was able to schedule the work to start within 2 weeks, and on a  Monday that we requested because it worked best for us.    Justin arrived 15 minutes early on the scheduled date, and 2 additional professionals arrived shortly thereafter.   They were all polite and friendly and efficient.    They had all of the work completed in one day, and did a good job cleaning up when they left.      "

"Really great experience with Perma Jack all the way through for an external sump pump installation. Rich came out originally to assess and plan and was much more thorough than other bids. Price was reasonable too compared to others. After scheduling, Marcus and Sam came out on time and got started working and finished well ahead of what I was expecting. They were quick and thorough and left the place looking better than it looked before. Sump pump is well positioned and inconspicuous and I am very pleased with how it looks and performs. 10/10 experience"

"Our home is 20 years old and due to some things that the original builders did during construction, we had excessive floor noise (squeaks and creaks) and the overall floor performance wasn't what it should be. I found Gary and Kimberlin Construction here, and after reviewing the site, talking to Gary, and sharing the specifics of our situation, he and his team were the right folks to come in and help us out. The overall job took three days, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The floor feels much better when walking on it, and the squeaks and creaks have effectively been eliminated. Throughout the job Gary and his team were professional, always on time, and took the time to both listen to the info that I shard, as well as explained what exactly they were going to do as well as what they did. They worked in a safe manner while in our home, something that is so important given the situation with COVID. The price was quite reasonable for the work that was done, and if I had to do it all over again I would. I whole-heartedly recommend Kimberlin Construction for any work that you need done, and I will certainly be using them again as needed for other repair or remodeling projects."

"The owner of Atlas Foundations assessed my 75 year old home that had a wet basement with every rain since I purchased it in 2020. I compared his recommendation to 4 other foundation repair companies and chose to go with Atlas for their fair price, knowledge on the matter, good reviews & responsiveness. Although I could not wait to get this repair behind me so I could settle into my home completely, reduce mold exposure and not come home from work after a rainy day to shop vac water from the floor, I dreaded this week long repair. The foreman, James Watson and his crew showed up every day on time or early, patiently answered any and all of my questions, accommodated my smallest requests and made this stressful home repair go smoothly. My project included exterior excavation, exterior drain placement and carbon fiber straps inside. I admit that I am a picky clean freak and they guys did a nice job cleaning up behind themselves and were respectful of my property. I thoroughly interviewed 4 other foundation companies most of whom could get to my costly job "pretty quickly." Atlas had a 4 month wait and I am glad I waited. In my opinion, Woods Basement System, and Helitech Waterproofing are high pressure young sales people who want to "patch" a foundation issue rather than resolve it. Danneger & Son's Foundation was my next choice based on experience & reputation, but they wanted to charge TWICE what Atlas Foundations did. And the good news is, it rained for a week after Atlas Foundations did my repair & I have not had 1 drop of water in my basement. Thank you Atlas Foundations, Mike, Kim & James and crew!"

Frank Davis is more than just a landscaper; he is an experienced problem-solver and came up with suggestions that added value to the project without exceeding the budget. "The quality and workmanship of the installation crew was very professional . The customer service people were also very god to work with. One issue was the installation crew did not speak English, communication we a bit difficult. The crew did not leave watering instructions when they left. After leaving on a 1 night business trip I returned to several brown areas in the front lawn. During my absence i had automatic timers watering each section of the lawn for 30 minutes every 6 hours during daylight hours. When i noticed the browning areas I called for watering instructions which were sent by entail. I began following their instructions and the spots continued to get worse. I called for a service call and the technician called me after looking at the lawn (i was away on business). He informed me I was watering the lawn way to much, when pressed for a rough estimate on what percentage would recover I was told 30%. I was told to water each section every day for 20 minutes early in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon."
