"Mauricio and team were fantastic! Excellent craftmanship and attention to detail. They refinished the entire first level floors, replaced all floor boards, crafted and installed crown molding and did all the paint and touch ups. Many floor companies needed to hire others to complete the carpentry, etc. 3M even worked over the holiday to get the work done ASAP! I will definitely hire again and highly recommend!"

"Adequate sweep for rates charged. I can respect the game of upselling additional services/upgrades, but I questioned the necessity ($1K for replacing all the wood stove chimney pipes). At the end of it all, I hired another contractor for a second opinion- who addressed piping issues for minimal cost (basically the price of a sweep)."

Jay and company were courteous, professional and my floors look fabulous. I would certainly hire Sunwood again as his coworkers were excellent and thorough. They were also very conscientious of leaving the site as clean as possible.

Thanks for a great job!

"I have a rental property that desperately needed a hardwood floor facelift. Sam sanded and refinished the second floor and buffed the first floor. I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local. He was very professional and did a fabulous job repairing the bathroom floor that had been damaged from moisture. He is very conscientious and will not leave until you're happy! I'm very happy with the outcome and quick turnaround."

"Kitchen floor tile was cleaned and re-grout. The floor was brought back to life after serious neglect by the former owner. Prime Real Estate Investing, LLC"

"Vinicio and Sergio did a fantastic job refinishing our floors and stairs, all at a good price. They went above and beyond in performing the project, simply out of appreciation that we had snacks and beverages for them. I made sure to tip them well, given the good price and the quality of the work. Will definitely use their services again and recommend them to others as well!"
