They refinished the entire first level floors, replaced all floor boards, crafted and installed crown molding and did all the paint and touch ups. "We hired Sam's Hardwood Floors to refinish the hardwood floors and install quarter-round molding in our living room, dining room and entryway/main hallway. The wood flooring in these areas had been hidden under some retro shag carpeting when we bought our home, and they appeared worn, dull and out-dated. Sam's business had some great reviews and all of his work exceeded our expectations. Our initial estimate was prompt and painless and we found his rates to be VERY reasonable. Sam was courteous, informative and responsive throughout the process. "I hired All Flortec to refinish a 13 step oak staircase and install approximately 450 square feet of 3/4" x 3" prefinished oak flooring. The finished job looks terrific and I am very satisfied with the outcome and workmanship. There were, however, a few bumps along the way. Communication with Jim could have been more timely. Day to day scheduling and timing was not always clear. And most of the contractors spoke very little English making it difficult to have my questions answered."
